How the Forming Machine Works

Load
Raw material is fed into the hopper — soft-pressed wet mixes or firm dry blends both run through the same feed path, keeping supply continuous.

Press
The mould plate descends and presses material into each custom cavity at calibrated pressure. Every stroke produces treats of identical shape, size, and weight — no manual portioning.

Discharge
Formed treats release onto the output conveyor at a steady interval, feeding directly into freeze-drying or other downstream processing. Swapping the mould changes the treat shape in under ten minutes.
