About This Machine
The Curtain-Battering Machine uses dual or single batter curtains to evenly coat food products as they pass through the batter flow. A dedicated batter pump with flow control allows independent adjustment of curtain flow and bottom flow. The SUS304 stainless steel air knife at the exit provides even, adjustable airflow and is easy to clean. Ice slots on the batter tank exterior keep batter at low temperature.
