Beef Patty
Precision mould forming for consistent beef patty weight and shape, batch to batch.
Precision mould cavities control patty weight and shape to help maintain consistent portions across production.
Interchangeable mould plates support round, oval, and custom patty formats for different product specifications.
Continuous feed and forming support steady output without manual portioning.
About Beef Patty
CMK beef patty solutions use the forming machine to press ground beef into portions of consistent weight and shape. Mould cavities control each patty's size precisely, removing the need for manual weighing and sorting. The formed patty is a ready-to-cook semi-finished product, suited to retail, foodservice, and further grilling or frying downstream.
Production Workflow
How the Forming Machine Works
- 01
Load
Ground beef is fed into the hopper via the feeding elevator, which lifts a loaded cart and tips it in gently for continuous, hands-free supply.
- 02
Press
The mould plate descends and presses beef into each cavity at calibrated pressure. Every stroke produces patties of identical shape, thickness, and weight — no manual portioning at any point.
- 03
Discharge
Formed patties release onto the output conveyor at a steady interval, feeding directly into downstream freezing, packaging, or cooking. Swapping the mould plate changes the patty format in under ten minutes.
