About Shrimp Cake

Production Workflow
How the Forming Machine Works
- 01
Load
Shrimp paste is fed into the hopper — typically via the feeding elevator, which lifts a loaded cart and tips it in gently. Continuous supply keeps the mould cycle running without interruption.

Press
The mould plate descends and compresses paste into each cavity at calibrated pressure. Every stroke produces cakes of identical shape, thickness, and weight — no manual portioning at any point.
- 03
Discharge
Formed cakes release onto the output conveyor in regular intervals. The line feeds directly into freezing or packaging. Swapping the mould plate changes the cake format in under ten minutes.
What It Becomes
A formed shrimp cake is a starting point. From here it can be steamed, breaded, or coated as tempura — each a different finished product.
