Tempura Shrimp Cake
Extend formed shrimp cakes into a tempura processing line.
A CMK forming machine can prepare the shrimp cakes before steaming, cooling, coating, and frying.
Steaming, air cooling, pre-dusting, and tempura battering connect the formed cake to the frying stage.
Belt speed, oil temperature, and dwell time work together to control color, crispness, and heat exposure.
About Tempura Shrimp Cake
CMK provides a downstream processing route for formed shrimp cakes. The shrimp cake can be formed with a CMK forming machine or supplied as a prepared product, then conveyed through steaming, air cooling, pre-dusting, tempura battering, and continuous frying. This configuration connects the existing shrimp cake process with the subsequent coating and cooking stages.
Steaming sets the cake structure, while air cooling prepares the surface for pre-dusting and battering. The continuous fryer then uses adjustable belt speed, oil temperature, and dwell time to control crust color, crispness, and heat exposure during frying.
