Effective Belt Width
600 mm / 800 mm / 1000 mm
Operating Speed

- 01 Feeding
Product enters the line on the feeding conveyor; frozen items can be thawed first in the defroster.
- 02 Pre-Dusting
The pre-duster applies a thin layer of powder, while the dust collector captures the airborne powder at the same time.
- 03 Battering
The product enters the dip or curtain battering machine, with the batter mixer preparing the batter and the auto batter replenisher keeping the level steady.
- 04 Breading
The breader applies a layer of bread crumbs, with the auto crumb replenisher keeping the crumb supply topped up for continuous production.
